Before you make a purchase, there a few things you need to know;

1. Q: How long does it take to process my order?
    A: 1-3 days unless it stated pre-order item.

2. Q: How long does the delivery take?
    A: Please expect around 10-21 days to the delivery.
 We have 2 dispatch center located in Sydney, Australia and HK, China. Orders     are  dispatched depending on our stock availability and customer location. Once     order is dispatched, we will send you an email notification with your tracking               number.*Sometimes this email will be in your junk mail box*

3. Q: Are your products authentic?
    A: All our products are 100% authentic and we can provide a third party COA with          an extra cost. (Please let us know if you are interested in this service)
