Orders and delivery

How long does order processing take?

Standard orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 4–7 business days, Monday to Friday. Custom-made, handmade and preorder items may take longer; please check the product listing for any item-specific timing.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, average delivery times are 7–14 days to Australia, the United States and Canada; 3–14 days to Asia; and 10–14 days to Europe. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination and carrier.

Will I receive tracking information?

We email tracking details when your order is dispatched. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find the message.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and complete with their original packaging. A 35% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Please contact us before sending anything back and use a tracked, insured service; customers are responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.
